18" Wooden Indian Chess Set

Really happy with this product. The pieces themselves are lighter than I had anticipated (not a black mark on the product, just a personal preference...I like heavier pieces) but the felt on the bottom of the pieces is compact and flat enough that the pieces don't lean when they're placed on the board. As mentioned in other reviews the hinges and clasp seem sturdy enough and not of a cheap material, but again time will tell. Craftsmanship in its entirety is top notch....the pieces are just as beautiful in person as they are in the picture, and the file & rank coordinates and etching in between the spaces gives it a real classy look and feel. Price is appropriate as well....I don't feel like it was too expensive but I also don't feel like I underpaid. Would definitely recommend.

Indian Chess Set

I tried to change the ship to address just minutes after placing the order to no avail. So when the order arrived at my home, I drove to the local Fedex and forwarded to my brother in Florida at a cost of $30. If your site would have given me the ability to confirm my information I could have made the change and saved my $30.
Once I paid via my card, your company took the money and closed my transaction. Not good business practice! Also no help from your responder to my E-mail!

Good Set Bad Container

The board itself and pieces are amazing. The pieces are carved nicely and board is nicely polished. However the felt inlay feels cheap and is already coming out a bit. Wished it nicer on the inside
