This board is just beautifully finished, as smooth as glass! The blemish that it came with on the side of one of the corners due to shipping was hardley noticeable. When brought to the attention of customer service they addressed the situation immediately. The Chess House customer service is excellent and they are sure to have my repeat buisness.
