clarification on the rules

Responding to the previous reviewer, we did need to modify our rules pertaining to "in check". The mod was this: you must actually kill the king and take him off the board. Whoever actually kills the king and removes him from the board can claim the remaining pieces. This means all other rules pertaining to "in check" go out the window. A player does not necessarily need to respond to being place in check, since the third player could potentially undo the check in their turn. However, usually you still do respond when being placed in check, and the effect ends up being that the king about to die gets one lost shot to make an offensive move (since being in check or check-mate does not prevent that person from making a move).
Loads of fun. Highly recommended for chess fans in your family.
