About this product   The Alabaster Chess Table is a solid wood table with two storage drawers for your best chessmen! The look and feel will inspire any chess player to play beyond ability with this elegant chess table! Inlaid with genuine Italian Alabaster, the chess board surface itself shines and catches the eye indeed! The storage drawers have neat little brass handles for a finger to insert and withdraw the drawer. Overall the wood of the table is very imposing, and looks extremely solid. The square base rests upon 4 supports, and from the square base rises the single sculpted pillar on which the table itself sits. The table, large, square, and finely formed is very solid and durable itself! The height of the table is 27-3/8", and the width is 23-1/2" x 23-1/2". NOTE: The chess pieces shown in photo are not included! Made in Italy.
