Chess House was helpful when I first wanted to purchase the Cowboys and Indian chess set. It was out of stock at time. They emailed me when they got it back in stock. My order was delivered quickly and packaged securely. I am mostly satisfied with the set. My only criticism is that I think some pieces (the Queen and King) should be a bit larger. It is a bit difficult to tell them apart from others at glance. But on the whole, I am very satisfied with the set.
