You thought they were all dead didn't you! Well, here they are, back again! This Dinosaur themed chess set borrows from very ancient times for its inspiration, and does an excellent job of recreating a lifelike chess set!

While you don't have to worry about getting eaten as in the Jurassic Park films, or even losing a hand to the ferocious looking dino-kings, it is like playing with live fossils to use the set! The well known T-Rex, the Apatosaurus(formerly known as the Brontosaurus), and the Triceratops figure prominently in this theme dinosaur chess set.

The weighted pieces and well-sculptured dinosaurs reposing on the base pedestals look peaceful, but the kings are very intimidating and both armies are waiting only for the handshake to begin prehistoric war!

Single-weighted, plastic resin, hand painted chess set pieces. Opposing base pedestal colors indicate players pieces. A legend is also provided to help identify position of pieces.
