This firm, giant plastic chess board has 14" squares. All-weather, 64, sturdy plastic, interlocking squares (32 white and 32 black) can stand abuse and are slip-resistant. All 64 squares of the chessboard are identical so that they can be assembled in any order. This means, two edges have slightly protruding attach points. It's ideal for events or long term placement since it can be somewhat time consuming to setup and take down all 32 interconnecting squares.
