How do I return my product?
  We'll be glad to help you! Email a Customer Care ticket with your order number and reason.

You can also report a missing part, wrong item, or broken item.

For prompt handling of returns and refunds, you will be given an RMA# to go with the package.
  1. Package the return carefully to prevent damage
  2. Include the RMA# emailed to you
  3. Include your receipt or any special instructions
  4. Return to one of the addresses below

Return Policy
  90 Day Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. Software and DVD's may only be returned if unused and still shrink-wrapped in the original packaging.

Exchanges
Within 90 days of purchase, contact Customer Care for RMA and return the item for credit, then place a new, separate order for the product you prefer.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Refunds are processed several times per week. Generally the refund will be returned to the original credit card used, by check, or by PayPal as applicable, and will appear on your card 1-2 days after the credit is processed.

Store credits are a helpful alternative and available upon request. A store credit can be used towards your next purchase
