I have a problem with my order.
  Sometimes bad things happen. We will do our best to help resolve it promptly. Email Customer Care immediately, explaining the situation.

Damages
Do not simply return the item. Explain the extent of damages and be sure to include details about the packaging if it also appears damaged (you can even attach digital photos). Save all the materials and wait for specific instructions from us.

Defective
If the product is defective or doesn't work, provide as much helpful detail as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved, a replacement might be necessary. We will give specific instructions depending on the product.
