Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  You can check on the shipping and product status of your order by viewing Your Account. On this page you can view all your orders and the status of each order. You will be able to tell if it has shipped as well as get the tracking number for UPS, or Post Office shipping. If customer service or shipping has any comments about your order you will be able to read this information on your order details online as well.
How do I make changes to an order?
  If you need to change your order, go to Your Account and click Change quantities / cancel orders to find and edit your order. You can also change the billing and shipping addresses, however, please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you still need to make an urgent change, please Contact Chess House promptly by phone or email.
How do I track my order?
  Go to Your Account and locate the tracking number for your orders that have shipped. Then you can click directly on the link to check the status with UPS, or USPS. If you already have the tracking number you can visit the UPS or USPS websites.

What is trackable?

UPS packages will have a tracking number.

US Post Office packages shipped to US addresses will usually have delivery confirmation. This is not tracking and the status will only show delivery details.

INTERNATIONAL tracking is available only with UPS, and USPS Express Mail.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which could not ship immediately due to low stock. If the products are no longer available you will be notified, otherwise please expect notification of shipment soon, or a notice of the status so you know when to expect these items.
