More on the Giant Chess Set

Giant chess sets are becoming ever more popular in in yard decoration and public parks. Ive seen them in the seattle science center and in beautiful victorian yards. There is no doubt about it, when people see a Giant Chess set all ready for a game, they have to go over and start playing. We have taken them to big school chess tournaments with the Quickfold Giant Chess Board and it's amazing how after rounds all the kids flocked to the giant chess set and formed teams of about 25 kids on blacks side and 25 on whites! There was definitly not enough Giant Chess set to go around that occasion, but it was fun for the kids.

For some reason giants and chess have intrigued people for a really long time now take a look at some of these comic book covers!

Thankfully backyard giant chess isn't quite as gruesome as the comics make giant chess out to be! But have a look at the Giant Chess sets that the Chess House has to offer!
