These pieces ended up being of way higher quality than I expected when I bought them. I figured they were going to be a relatively cheap plastic club set, but the material they're molded from is really strong, and the pieces sound almost like they're made of ceramic when they clink together. Really good quality, I'm very pleased with them. They also have a really good weight in the base giving them a comfortable feel when playing blitz games. The only criticism I could see is that they have a visible seam along one side from the molding process, but you can barely feel or see it and it doesn't bother me at all.
This is not relevant to the pieces themselves but rather to Chesshouse as a company, but when my set arrived it was missing one white pawn. Likely a one-off mistake when they put the set together, however, Chesshouses customer service was fantastic. I was immediately able to get on a call with a representative who sent me the missing pawn with no hassle, free of charge (and made sure it arrived before Christmas despite super short notice). I'm definitely going to be buying from them again.
