Excellent

This is an excellent series. Definitely worth the money and thoroughly readable. However, I would only buy the first book as a beginner and then add the other ones on maybe in 4 to 8 months after that. Combinations and tactics books are superb.

Fast service and these books are very good at explaining Chess and the principles behind the moves from beginning to end. After considering 4 different courses I settled on this one and a video series by Susan Polgar. For me, Mr Seirawan and Mss Polgar are clear and engaging. Thanks to all for great services and products.

No Need for Anything Else

I own all of these books and since studying them I slowly went from duffer to chess champion in the company chess tournament. They are (like chess itself) a lifetime study and very rewarding.

I own 2 books in this line, and just the tactics and strategy books did wonders for upping my level of play. I hope to buy the whole line up soon. I highly suggest these books to anyone who has hit the wall with their chess rating and wishes to do better.
