Too expensive for the quality.

clasps to close the board very cheap. Pieces do not fit snugly in the storage foam inside the board. Pieces nice looking with a good weight to them. Super fast shipping, arrived in a few days from the other side of the country. This would be a good set for a $50 or even a $75 price point. Too expensive for quality at neatly $140.

Great order, quality item

This was a gift and the receiver appreciated the quality and even commented on how nice the pieces sounded moving on the board. The ordering process was easy and Chess House shipped and delivered when they said they would.

Great tool for teaching/learning. I have 9 grandchildren. This will help in their visualizing and learning chess properly. I lay out a dollar and let them win by performing each Fun Activity presented in the pamphlet enclosed with the set. Delightful, and challenging.

Very nice chess set

I am very satisfied with this set! The pieces are well crafted and weighted just right. The shishamwood is beautiful. The board is a perfect companion to the pieces. The only thing I would like is a sleeve or bag for the board to keep it from getting scratched or otherwise damaged with use..
