Where do you ship?

We ship within the U.S.A. and worldwide to more than 70 countries.

When do you ship?

In Stock items are mailed the same day from Lynden, WA if your order is placed before 2pm PST. Some products are fulfilled from 3rd party warehouses. If your order cannot ship on time, we'll notify you.

In Stock = ships immediately
Available = may take more than a day
Unavailable = we are working on getting more – you can be notified when in stock

How do you ship?

Products are packed with care using special methods developed over the years. 

We ship with FedEx and the Post Office primarily and you’ll see various shipping options at checkout that offer overnight or standard shipping to arrive when you need it.

What happens if something goes wrong with delivery, etc.?

When will you have this item in stock and available?

Items sell out often. If we expect them again, the product is still visible on the store and you may be “Emailed when in stock”. Click that option and enter your email. You can often still order and reserve one in advance with Add to Cart.

If we have an estimated arrival date (ETA), we’ll show that on the page. The ETA will be as specific as we can provide. If an ETA is not showing or is generalized, that means we cannot confidently provide a specific arrival date.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

Most orders of $75 or more after any discounts, shipping to the U.S. 48 states qualify for the free shipping offer.  Please provide a street address, not Po box.

Do you have benefits for Schools?

There are bulk discounts, recommended products, and special discounts to help schools that are available to registered schools. Your school can purchase with a PO and we are in most ISD databases to make it easier for you to make your purchase with Chess House.
