Great service during these tough times. Called with questions and got perfect advise. Hit the website to order and delivery was flawless. Built a board for my grandson and these pieces were perfect for the 1 3/4 Walnut and Maple squares.

I bought the chess pieces to be used with my 20 " chessboard bought early from Italy. The pieces are beautifully craved . One slight flaw is that the cross on the black king is slightly shaky. I have not asked for a new piece as the overall quality is good. Another area of improvement will probably be the packing. Many pieces are outside the "protective plastic" wrappings. I am also impressed with the response time of the Customer Service Officer (Paul) to my inquiries on other aspects . Since then, I have placed an order for a bigger set .
