    This little travel board is getting a TON of play. I just keep it in the car at all times, and it has replaced our smartphones at the option of choice when we’re out.

    We use it at restaurants

    We use it between ball games

    We use it at the R/C airfield

    7 3/8 magnetic chess set

    The set itself is well made, although only mildly magnetic. However, the case is described as leather, but is in fact pretend leather. The set must be stored in the case to protect the board, which is on the outside. I expect the case won't last long. Since this is a gift for a youngster, I plan to make a case for it from actual leather. Shouldn't have to do this, considering the price.
    For that reason, I can only rate it with three stars.
