Great Product--but no full instructions

This clock - which I would like to use (a) for a Scrabble timer and (b) for a debate practice timer - seems to be well made, is accurate, arrived well packaged and very quickly. One problem (not with the product): I can find nowhere a description of how to actually set it for (for instance) 5 minutes, or any particular time interval. Cannot find instructions online; no manual or instructions were included in the package. Would be tremendously helpful. I continue my search.
