It came early, had obviously been tested, and worked well. This clock was a free upgrade from the clock I had ordered. The clock I did order was a similar model but wasn't the last one like the website said, that ship had sailed. I thought it was considerate to give me the option of this clock as a upgrade, or I could wait a couple of weeks until the next shipment arrived. Customer service was on the spot.

We purchased a number of these clocks for our scholastic chess club and have been very happy with them. Easy to set, easy to use, and the kids love the Judit Polgar design. These clocks do not have a delay or increment option like the Easy Timer Plus, but I actually prefer that because it makes the clocks much easier to set up and we do not need the extra features for club matches or local tournaments.
