I purchased the Jacques Chessmen for my wife and she loves them. Heavy, weighted and beautiful. I would have liked extra queens, but the set is great without them.

I ordered a board and pieces from Chess House. The board was too big for the space intended. The company immediately agreed to an exchange so I ordered the smaller board and pieces. The company was also extremely helpful with my order of 2 bags for pieces; the color I ordered was out of stock but alternative colors were provided without a hitch. he original purchase is in the process of being returned.
