4" Antique Chess Pieces

At the last minute, my husband told me he wanted a chess set for Christmas. I found a locally made chess board and wanted some unique pieces to go with it. These pieces fit the bill. They are a great size, feel nice in your fingers, are beautiful to look at, and are nicely weighted at the bottom. My husband loves them and wants to display them all the time! I'm really pleased with the pieces and the Gary shipping.

Wonderful pieces. Some people who have seen these call them "Hourglass" or "Mid 20th century modern art." They're bigger than I expected, especially the pawns and look good on a board with 2 1/4" squares as well as 2" squares. These pieces feel great and handle well and there's no mistaking what each piece is. I waited several months for these to come back, well worth the wait. Grab one while you can.
