This paint or stain ready project is ready to finish at home or in the classroom.

Staunton style, chess pieces come nestled in a dark wood box with a clasp closure. All the pieces are raw wood finish, and are drilled and ready for optional weights (sold separately). Properly sized felts are included to add a soft base to each piece.
