Can you transfer games out of this computer to a PC or phone? ...or even Chess.com?

No, this computer is designed for play on the unit only - no integration. For playing games and saving or transferring them you need Bluetooth or USB in other models like the King Performance, King Competition, eONE, or anything compatible with ChessLink.
