My first purchase from Chess House. Awesome product reviews and awesome products! Chess House has a wide array of choices for chess products unlike any other online merchant.

While your website could be more clear in how shipping time is calculated, the company kindly and professionally responded to my feedback. They also sent the items quickly despite my inadvertently choosing the wrong shipping. For professionalism and quality of product, a 5-star review is well deserved. Wish every online interaction could be handled this way. Think we'd be a lot happier as a society!

Effortless
