Hi: I was going to get a vtek but read that when in is in increment mode it will add the increment after.
The person's time is down to zero if they hit the clock. Has that been corrected?

This issue has been corrected in firmware Ver 1.03 which is the current version of the VTEK300. Any Users of 1.02 or earlier can return their clock to Us for a firmware update. RMA form and initiation is on the Visual-Tek.com web site.
