Hello Keith, the JLP Boards are finished with a 5 coat varnish, not a wax or oil. After much testing this had the best combination of hardness, color, and preserving effect. For shipping to the UK, you'll need to go into the checkout process and look at the various shipping and duty calculations that are specific to your address. Thank you for your questions!
