I don't see whether these sets are considered 'weighted' at all, or are just the standard plastic.

If they are weighted, would they be double or triple?
I need to make sure before I commit to a buy :). This chess pieces is designed for quality and enjoyable play.

Hello, these pieces are weighted. As to double or triple, there is no actual numerical weight behind those terms so I wouldn't be able to say, however for their size they are quite weighted, over a pound and a half for a full set. This wooden chess set is designed for quality and enjoyable play.
