Page 4-6 of the manual covers setting the clock to 90 minutes with 30 sec delay or bonus time. Essentially you need to use the arrows to navigate to the right settings to change, then use the + / - to adjust each control. Once you have adjusted to the correct time and delay, the play/pause button will confirm the selection.
