My brother is legaly blind but can see a little are peices difficult to move and he is a master at chess . how.

I would not recommend that computer for him. Best would be one of the chess computers that provides visual feedback of moves by LED lights directly on the board, like the Millennium eOne, King Competition, etc... those are also much higher rated than the Millennium Chess School computer. This electronic chess computer is designed for quality and enjoyable play.
