I have a product key number, but do not know how to enter it or where to find it? Please help. Dawn.

With the downloaded files you received there are 3 .msi files. You will only need to run one of the .msi files depending on your computer (Windows 8, 10, etc..). During the installation process of that file it will ask for the product key. Also when you are registering for a trial Chess Base membership, it will also ask for that information.
