Yes, it supports data and power. The Bluetooth / USB boards can connect to a PC either way (but not at the same time).
Does the usb port on the DGT Bluetooth eboard support both data and power transmission?
I am wondering if the board will connect to a pc via bluetooth only or if it also has the ability to connect to a pc with a cable (not for charging but for data transmission). Thanks! This chess pieces is designed for quality and enjoyable play.

Answer: Yes, DGT electronic boards (Excluding the DGT Centaur) can be used to play on Chess.com using DGT's free Live Chess software, but does require a membership to Chess.com.

Ebony pieces are naturally occurring dark wood through and through VS 'ebonized', which is black stained wood and doesn't penetrate deep into the wood. Ebony is more expensive because it is generally preferred by collectors and isn't as abundant compared to the woods that are ebonized. This wooden chess set is designed for quality and enjoyable play. -
Question: Will this work with ANY pieces...or just DGT.?
