Use the style analysis in Chess-Base 18 to configure whether Fritz should play aggressively, riskily, positionally.
Or exchangeoriented. " I gather that means this function is not available without having Chess-Base 18 as well. Are there any other features that require this?

Yes, ChessBase 18 would be needed to accomplish this. In ChessBase 18 you can analyse the style and then enter these values into Fritz 20 to simulate this opponent. Any features that require ChessBase 18 would be specifically noted as the one mentioned.
