I own the chess genius board and I am having problems with all the lights going out when I try to play a new game.
I haven't used the board for a few months and when I tried to use it again there are three squares that stay lit and won't go off. I tried to reset it by holding the red button and turning it on but that doesn't work. Can you tell me if there is a way to reset the board. Thanks. This chess set is designed for quality and enjoyable play.
