I ordered felt bottoms to replace the old ones on my set and was originally told they didn't have some of one size. I settled for a few of a larger diameter so I could trim them down, but I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the correct sizes when I opened the package. Great job!
Pretty simple order all handled as agreed. Ordered 32 replacement felts and processed purchase before realizing I should have ordered extras in case of errors. When I contacted sales they thought it was easier to just throw in a few extras that re-process the order. A small thing, but indicative of a disposition to serve the customer. Followed suggestion to use contact cement, and all went extremely well. Good service, good advice.
