Not what is pictured.

The piece we received is made of a different material and is a different off-white than what is pictured (more of a tan; not the grayish marble-white). It does not match our original set at all.

Updated Review: Great customer service

I was initially concerned about recieving a matching piece for my chess set, and justifiably so...they would not provide a picture of the piece I was to receive and they sent me an ugly looking mismatched piece. However, after my complaint, they promptly corrected the problem at no cost to me. While the process of finding a matching piece is difficult, they have great customer service.

Good follow-up and response

I ordered two rooks some time ago and was told that they were currently unavailable but that they would contact me when they were. True to their word, I was contacted when the pieces were available and my order was filled quickly. The pieces were a perfect match.
