I bought a King’s series camel bone replacement white pawn. For an antique King’s Cross Chess set from the early twentieth century, I found in an antique mall. It doesn’t actually match but the pattern is similar. I’m very pleased with my purchase. The chess piece is made very well. I received it very quickly. Love the quality.
I ordered a black Queen piece, and I received it very quickly. The piece is lovely, but the paint/dye that is used on it comes off very easily on fingers, continues to come off even after being wiped off with a towel. Also the top of the piece can screw in/out, but the threads are loose and it wiggles a bit back and forth, but that problem was fixed just fine with a couple drops of super glue. But I was still pleased with the piece for the project I am working on.
Ordered a single piece (white king) for a project I was doing. Arrived quickly, in perfect condition and the piece was stunning. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely deal with Chess House again.
