Disappointing Service from Square Off

Having previously experienced the service from Square Off as a backer for another product, my expectations for a simple process to obtain replacement pieces for the Grand Kingdom Chess Set were quickly dashed. The prolonged delays and lack of communication that marred my initial experience as a backer resurfaced, this time in the context of getting replacement parts.

Despite the straightforward nature of my request, the response from Square Off was frustratingly slow and inefficient. Reaching out for updates often led to vague or no replies, echoing the issues I encountered previously with the company. This repeated pattern of poor communication significantly impacted the overall experience.
