These sizes cover a variety of chess sets and an be trimmed to fit in special use cases. The adhesive backing is relatively strong but glue can be added if desired.

THE SELF STICK FELT PADS VERY STICKY AND THICK FELT

I have purchased hundreds of these felt pads from Chess House over the past decade and over 300 this month alone. The pads are so sticky they will not ever come off the pieces without help. They are 1/16 inch thick. The only other place I could find similar pads was on Amazon.com for a different application but they were not sticky enough and they were only 1/32 inch thick and did not slide very well on my chess board, so I trashed the entire lot from Amazon. Lastly the chess house price was fair and reasonable and delivery from Seattle to New Orleans Louisiana was 5-8 business days via USPS Ground. The main holdup in shipping was because of poor processing time in both the Seattle and New Orleans Distribution Centers where they were stuck for 48 hours in each place before moving to next location. Chess House shipped the all my past orders within 24 hours after I place my order as validated with USPS Tracking. I hope this is a good follow up on my recent experiences in May and June 2025.
