When I ordered a single replacement piece internationally the company was really good about finding a better shipping rate than was originally provided by the shippers. Additionally when the item was lost by the shipper the company sent a replacement it at no cost. They have excellent customer service and a wonderful and large selection of chess boards and replacement options for lost pieces.
