Set arrived quickly but when opened had a broken crown on one of the rooks. I emailed and no response. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift.

bought this beautiful chess set from Chess House some weeks ago and I have to say that it's incredible. The quality is excellent, it's perfectly made, the colors are bright and shiny and it looks awesome with my black chess board. Also, the customer service is outstanding. At first, one of the rooks arrived broken (probably because of a problem during the shipping), I reported it to the store and they inmediately (without questions or objections) sent me a brand new replacement rook (same model and completely free). Now I know why Chess House has such an amazing reputation all over the world. I am very happy with my purchase and I'm sure I will buy my future chess products at this magnificient store. By the way, in this Classic Ebonized 3.75" chess set the knight is slightly taller than the bishop (2 o 3 milimeters). This is not a problem because it is clearly shown in the pictures from the ad, but it's something curious that you may like to consider (for me it's a perfect chess set).
