Return Policy
No Hassle 90 Day Returns
You have a full 90 days from time of purchase to initiate a return for refund or store credit (your choice) of the product value. Shipping charges, if any, are not refunded.
Easy Exchanges
Change your mind? Simply contact us within 90 days for instructions. You're also welcome to place a new separate order for the product you prefer and initiate the return separately.
No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees if the product is returned in like-new condition and you take reasonable care in returning the product. Please package it safely and ensure it's complete. We may assess a fee if the return is incomplete or grossly neglected.
How it works
Standard Return
Contact Us via the links provide on this site to indicate your desire to return the product along with the reason (or call 1-360-354-6815). We'll provide you with a few options and basic guidelines. If you have a defective or damaged product issue, please provide photos (if possible) before return. In some cases we can provide a replacement component to restore a set or work with you to resolve an issue without a return required.
- Package carefully to prevent damage. Unless damaged or a partial return, we always prefer that you use the original shipping box and package in the same same manner as received.
- Include your receipt or any special instructions.
- Use either a return label we provide or your own shipping method.

For USA Customers, we can provide a prepaid return label by email which you can attach to the box and give to any FEDEX driver or FEDEX drop-off location. The return costs are typically deducted from your refund and often cheaper than over the counter rates from UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

When exchanging products, contact us and we'll recommend the best way of handling based on the product and your situation.
Reporting damage, missing, or wrong item
If the unexpected happens, we put high priority on resolving promptly and thoroughly. When you report it, include a photo if possible. Please save packing material for insurance purposes until you receive a resolution.
Refunds
Returns and refunds are processed several times per week. Generally the refund will be returned to the original credit card or payment method. Please allow a few days for it to process and appear back in your account.
If you wish to receive a store credit instead of a refund, please request this and you'll receive a gift code with a balance to apply to a future purchase.
