Has my order shipped?

As soon as your order is packaged and processed for mailing, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. This will allow you to start tracking it's progress to your destination!

You can find more information about your order by viewing your Account Order History.


How do I make changes to an order

If you must make a change to an order that's already placed, changes are usually possible until the order has been processed for shipping. Please reach out with a phone call to 1-360-354-6815 to speak with one of us during business hours. If it's after hours, just send a message. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.


How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you automatically with the tracking link. Click this tracking link to view shipment progress.


When will my backorder arrive?

When products are ordered that are not available to ship right away, this is called a "backorder". Generally we'll send an email to you with info on when you can expect it to be mailed.
