I wanted to write a review about this set. It’s the perfect size and the pieces have a nice weight to them. The pieces arent cheap. And can’t beat the price for this set either.

Compact

This is a great set for travel and practice. I bought a clear plastic tube 2.5 inch diameter to store and transport the rubber board in. If a tube was offered I would have bought it. Great product regardless.

Wonderful smaller scale Chess set

Christmas gift for my husband who is teaching our granddaughter. He has a smaller table in his office so didn't want too big of a set. Nicely weighted pieces and good quality for the price. Perfect for teaching a kindergartener who is learning quickly! Also nice for traveling.
