For teachers and coaches

Ordering for one or more classrooms or clubs.

Order online with a card, no account needed. If your school requires a purchase order, set up a free teacher account and pull a quote from it.

Paying by card? Just check out, no account needed. To use a purchase order, you will need an account with us first. That is what unlocks the Draft Order option at checkout, which is how you get a PDF quote to build your PO from.

Set up your teacher account. Use our teacher account form. No documents required, and it is what unlocks the Draft Order option at checkout.
Get your quote. Build your cart and choose the Draft Order option at checkout. Your confirmation email includes a downloadable PDF quote you can hand to your office.
Have your PO issued. Whoever handles POs at your school fills out your form based on the quote. It should be on official letterhead and signed by an authorized representative.
Email it to us. Send the PO to schools@chesshouse.com. Approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days, and your Accounts Payable office receives the invoice when the order ships.

Schools and educational nonprofits qualify for tax-exempt purchasing. Provide your tax-exempt certificate once, and all future orders ship without sales tax automatically.

Our New School Account form is a self-service setup that takes a few minutes. Once your account is active, you can place orders with school pricing and direct invoicing. If you buy for more than one site, tell us on the form and we will set it up to match how your district orders.

Ordering 40 sets or more, stocking several schools, or outfitting an entire district? Send us your quantities, budget, and timeline, and we will build a quote around them.
