Chess House truly has your best interest in mind. If a defective product gets through our inspections and messes up your day, we take it to heart to take care of that completely and promptly. If you need a replacement part years down the road, chances are we'll be able to reference your order history and known right away which part you need.
With Chess House you are buying from a "small business" not a large corporation. Your purchase supports family's jobs. You get the point. But we need to deliver at a fair price, and that's why we make every effort to price fairly and competitively.
If you find a price that seems far out of line, chances are it's an error, and we appreciate the heads up.

|Do you accept Purchase Orders?|
We accept Purchase Orders frequently from US businesses, schools, libraries, hotels and other organizations. If you need a W9 in advance, just inquire and one will be provided.
The best way to proceed with a PO is to place the online in advance to reserve products and confirm pricing. Choose Purchase Order at checkout (if you don't have a PO number yet, just type Pending) and the resulting order summary can be used to fill out your PO more accurately and speed the process later when we receive the PO from you.
To be accepted, POs must be on authorized documents with signature and must include accurate contact information both for billing and shipping.
Send the completed form by email, or fax to 1-360-354-6765. Approval generally takes 1-2 business days, and your billing department will receive a mailed or emailed invoice.
