Beautiful set!

This chess set was beautiful. Well made and lots of little details to make it look really special. Just be aware, 21” is large! I did t realize how big this board would be so measure before you buy :)

More than we imagined

We purchased this chess set for my mother, as a gift for her 90th.
She has macular degeneration, so we were looking for a set that she could feel and that had contrast to help her play.

She received the set, first out of the box, we were amazed with how beautiful it is.

She is so happy playing because the pieces are large, so she isn’t making (as many) “wrong” moves .
Her self esteem, while playing, has improved too, she is more sure of her decisions, because she can see the pieces better.

I was impressed getting an email from CHESSHOUSE with customer service contacts after our purchase, and the fact that they replace pieces (although we aren’t planning on loosing any)

What a wonderful gift to give yourself…. Or someone else!!

Amazing quality

Really nice chess set. Amazing quality and build. The only problem I have with it is that the pieces don’t weigh as much as I like but that’s such a small problem it barely even matters.
