About The 23.5" Black Italian Marble Chess Table
Black matte hardwood and genuine Italian marble make this table a quiet showpiece for a study, game room, or living room. Italian craftsmen build it from solid wood, inlay the playing surface with black and white marble, and set the table on a sculpted pedestal that rests on four round feet.
Two storage drawers keep your chessmen, checkers, and accessories with the table between games, so it's always ready when someone sits down to play.
Choosing pieces: with 2 1/2" squares, look for a set with a king base around 2 1/4" or a little smaller. Chess pieces are not included.
