I made an order in early December for a chess piece set. I was notified their fulfillment shipment was having issues and the order would be delayed. When the order still had not arrived in early January I inquired about my order. Paul was very accommodating and apologetic, giving me a choice of three similar sets he had in stock. Each one was an upgrade of my original order, my selection was shipped out that very day and arrived 5 days later. The set is wood carved tournament size, nicely weighted and beautiful. This is a great club set, sized nicely and each piece has a proper heft. There is nothing *cheap* feeling about this chess set. Yes, there are more elegant and detailed pieces out there, but you have to pay a premium of them. For an everyday set, this is a great value. I'd recommend it and would certainly buy it again.
