Awesome Custom Floral Chess Mat

I’ve been on a quest for a while now. In my opinion all chess boards can be described as luxurious, classic, boring, or “hard to look at”.

I really wanted a beautiful chess mat, I could play on at the park with friends therefore inexpensive and functional. But I also wanted it to be beautiful, fun, and unique. Finally, I just decided I’d try to design my own.

I came up with a rough design. Paul at Chess House sat with me and helped bring my ideas to fruition. Really spent the time to make sure I’d get a product I was happy with.

Completely blown away by the end product. Definitely completely unique and beautiful, while still being perfectly functional for a day of chess at the park of cafe. Certainly pushes the line as much as possible, which is exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier.

Definitely recommend. And I will certainly be back for more custom boards.

(Also the pieces I got are pretty dope too)
