Broken pieces

My order was received with broken and or chipped pieces. Pieces were shipped in a box but not secured to prevent breakage. Thouroughly disappointed. Hopefully when I get a complete set of pieces they will not break so easily.
I’m patiently waiting for replacement pieces.

Very beautiful, some damage

Pieces are wonderful, just the colours I was looking for. They’re satisfyingly heavy but not obnoxious to store.

One small issue - one or two of them arrived with the felt torn. Easily glued back on, but worth knowing!
